How to register?

To finish the registration you must complete the two following steps:

Step 1: Registration payment, by using either of the methods of payment, and obtaining proof of payment (information about registration fees available below).

Step 2: Fill in the registration form and send it, attaching the proof of payment.

Rates

The registration includes: registration package, admission to all the sessions of any symposium (ISMS; EOF; REDIBAL; ISC CDM; HERITAGE CIES), coffee breaks during the pauses and closing dinner.

 

The registration does not include: meals, accommodation or excursions.

Companions (dinner): 45€

Visit to the Cíes Islands: 15€ (the registration period for this activity ends on May 15, 2018)

Cancellation and return policy

The cancellation of the purchase must be presented in writing in an email. The cancellations over the phone will not be taken into account.

The cancellations completed before the 15th of May 2018 included, will have a total refund of the purchase, except for a 10% of the amount. Said 10% is due secretary taxes.

The cancellations completed between the 16th of May 2018 and the 1st of June 2018, both included, will have a 50% refund of the amount of the purchase made.

After the 2nd of June 2018 included, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.

 

Important:

All petitions of cancellation must be sent in writing (email) before the dates previously established to info@isms.gal
