How to register?


– Make your purchase selecting student ticket, and if you want to bring a companion (s) to the dinner, add the option to the shopping cart (one for each companion).

– Make your payment via bank transfer or credit card and save as pdf the payment proof receipt.

– Complete the student or professional registration form that you will find in the same page, attaching the payment proof pdf. To send the abstracts of posters and lectures click here (optional). If you attach your student proof data, don’t forget to put your name and surname in the name of the file.


Bear in mind:

– The registration consists of two phases: the purchase of the ticket and the registration form. If one of them is not completed, the registration will not be valid.

– Before the registration, make sure all the documents are in order. Remember that, to present a poster or a lecture, you must attach the abstract. If you are a student, you will have to attach the student ID or the university certificate.




The registration includes: registration package, admission to all the sessions of any symposium (ISMS; EOF; REDIBAL; ISC CDM; HERITAGE CIES), coffee breaks during the pauses and closing dinner.


The registration does not include: meals, accommodation or excursions. Companions (dinner): 45€

Cancellation and return policy:

The cancellation of the purchase must be presented in writing in an email. The cancellations over the phone will not be taken into account.

The cancellations completed before the 15th of May 2018 included, will have a total refund of the purchase, except for a 10% of the amount. Said 10% is due secretary taxes.

The cancellations completed between the 16th of May 2018 and the 1st of June 2018, both included, will have a 50% refund of the amount of the purchase made.

After the 2nd of June 2018 included, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
